Who I am

Jordan Firth, trading as Mr Firth, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and The Classroom They Remember pilot.

Information I collect

When you request a place, I collect your name, email address, school or setting, current role and any optional information you provide about your year group or interest in the session.

How I use your information

I use this information only to assess requests, contact you about your place and administer the pilot session.

My lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who request a place and organising the event. Submitting the form will not add you to my newsletter or any marketing list.

How your information is stored and shared

Form submissions are processed through Squarespace and notifications are delivered to my Google email account. These services may process information outside the UK using recognised data protection safeguards.

I do not sell your information or share it with other attendees, schools or advertisers. I may disclose information where required by law.

How long I keep your information

I will normally delete form submissions and related emails within three months of the pilot taking place, unless information needs to be retained for longer to resolve a query or meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it is being used, by emailing me.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Squarespace may use cookies and collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure and understand the use of this website. Any optional cookies will be managed through the site’s cookie settings.
